We Offer

Cross Divisional Service Platform offers a wide range of Business Assistance, Marketing Materials, Visual Communications and Digital & Multimedia Solutions. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our Business Assistance teams in Wroclaw. Perfect candidate should possess the ability to perform to high quality standards, understand and meet clients' expectations and work effectively within a dynamic team.

Your primary role will be supporting remotely senior managers and their teams from various divisions and locations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • You will be arranging business travels and expenses reconciliation

  • You will be managing calendars, especially: setting the meetings, ensuring the acceptances and keeping bookings up-to date, taking account of complex diaries and global time-zone differences

  • You will be supporting the managers in the recruitment and onboarding activities

  • You will be handling orders and invoices

  • You will be recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings/events

  • You will conduct research, collect and check data accuracy to build reports and documents

  • Preparation of high standard presentations and internal communication

  • Responding to and/or distributing incoming communications

  • Liaising with internal staff at all levels in other corporate offices

  • Providing assistance and support to new employee

  • Maintaining databases/registers if required

  • Other management support activities

Requirements

You Offer

 You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • You know MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel on intermediate level

  • You are able to develop and maintain relationship with key partners

  • You have ability to handle multiple tasks own workload daily

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • You pay attention to details

  • You are trustworthy and with solid sense
