Client Advisor with Excellent level of Dutch or Flemish

We are recruiting for a Customer Advisor with a High Level of Dutch or Flemish to work in Lisbon for one of the biggest providers of outsourced client experience in Europe. This person will be responsible for enhancing the relationships with clients. Good skills of communication and experience in client management preferred.

Job description:
As a Customer Advisor with High Level of Dutch or Flemish, you will provide customer support to the clients of the company.


Depending on the project you would have different responsibilities:


- Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
- Advising customers on the services we provide on the phone or by email
- Managing the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
- Post-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
- Handling and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)


- Offering information, solutions and counselling to customers regarding the company’s services
- Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
- Compliance with company regulations for Data Protection and Information Security
- Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact
- Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project


We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:



- Fluent or native in Dutch or Flemish with a good command of English
- Great IT skills (MS Office Package, Email & Social Media)
- Motivational Letter required



- Some experience in customer care preferred

- For non-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
- Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, from 7 am to 10 pm (schedules depending on the project)
