Undandy is looking for a proactive Community Officer to join our fast-growing start-up. The ideal candidate will possess bucket loads of entrepreneurial spirit, be able to work independently and be an incredibly passionate online advocate for the brand. You will be on the front line, a passionate ambassador for the brand through our online persona Mr Undandy. 

In the last year Undandy has experienced extreme growth, and our social media and customer care are our top priorities to speed up organic sales and nurture our existing customers and this role is a perfect blend of customer care and social media marketing. 

This role is extremely important and we need a person to hit the ground running and be incredibly dedicated to help take our start up to the next level. Please note that this role is only suitable for applicants with an extremely high level of written English and experience working with digital platforms and social media networks. This role is full time, based in Lisbon and will include weekend and evening shifts on rotation.

         Duties

  • Using various social media platforms to have authentic, dynamic and engaging conversations with potential and existing customers using the brand tone of voice. 

  • Creating and nurturing VIP brand advocates from existing community members and customers. 

  • Proactively and reactively engaging with our followers on our social media pages to make sure questions are responded to, and encourage organic sales. 

  • Fast responses to potential and existing customer queries on our social media channels. 

  • Liaise closely with customer care team to perfect our customer’s journey and experience from social media through to delivery in an organised and fast paced manner. 

  • Constantly strive to perfect tone of voice and become an expert on our product offering and brand mission. 

  • Growing relevant followers and fans to the Undandy social media accounts. 

  • Searching relevant terms, topics, and/or keywords to find blogs to comment on, niche 

    networks to participate in, or questions to answer. 

  • Making personal connections with users by speaking with them on a regular basis and 

    delivering a WOW experience, whether that be via social media, email, on the phone, or in 

    person. 

  • Listen to user feedback and social media metrics to evaluate the community on a regular basis.
