CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE WITH ITALIAN

Duties:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Assessing customer’s business needs
  • Handling customer complaints and answering to questions regarding products, orders, payments, invoices etc.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Being engaged and proactive about the company’s Marketing and Sales plan
  • Proposing innovative ideas that will improve the satisfaction of the customers

 

Il nostro cliente è una multinazionale e nel loro ufficio di Cracovia (Polonia) svolgono diverse funzioni aziendali come la gestione dei processi HR, finanziari e di customer service. La lingua ufficiale è l’inglese in quanto operano professionisti di diversi Paesi del mondo, inclusi italiani.

Siamo stati incaricati di selezionare un:

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE PER IL MERCATO ITALIANO (Rif:CCR ITALIAN 38)

 La posizione sarà responsabile di:

  • Rispondere alle chiamate in entrata e gestire le richieste dei clienti
  • Comprendere le reali necessità degli stessi ed agire di conseguenza
  • Gestire le eventuali lamentele dei clienti e rispondere alle domande relative ai prodotti, ordini, pagamenti, fatture ecc.
  • Costruire e mantenere una proficua relazione con i clienti
  • Eseguire in modo proattivo le strategie di marketing aziendali
  • Proporre nuove idee per migliorare il processo di customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent command of Italian (C1 or native level) and English (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in similar roles will be considered as a big advantage
  • Great communication skills
  • EU citizenship
  • The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills. He/She enjoys working in a team in an international environment. The applicant needs to be open to new challenges and opportunities.

 

  • Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona della lingua inglese (almeno a livello B2)
  • Padronanza del pacchetto MS Office, specialmente di Excel
  • Gradita ma non necessaria una precedente esperienza nel ruolo
  • Ottime doti relazionali
