You will…

As a DEDICATED CUSTOMER PROFESSIONAL in Fuels &Lubes department, you will work at an office which is located in the city centre. You will be the single point of contact for the relevant functions (supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, sales and external partners). You will have a portfolio of leading customers, building a strong relationship and having the responsibility to support the processes from the order until the delivery. Additionally, you will be using systems like SAP and CRM on daily basis and get an insight into the entire fuels and lubes business. Is also worth to mention that you will use email as the primordial way of communication with costumers (just 20% of your time will be on the phone), meet your customers' sporadically, have constant trainings and team meetings and be involved in different company projects (around 10% of your time).

Requirements

Your profile…

You are fluent in English and French. You are customer orientated, team player and you pay attention to details. Additionally, you have good Microsoft office skills, enjoying communication and being part of a multinational team. An experience with SAP and customer service is welcomed, but not mandatory.
