Our client is a Luxury Fashion e-commerce with more than 1000 international employees with offices located in London, New York, Sao Paulo, Moscow, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Porto, Lisbon & Guimaraes.
As a Fashion Customer Advisor, your responsibilities include:
Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email, phone and chat
Understanding de prospective client's profiles and needs
Being a professional intermediary between the company and its customers
Strengthening relationship with developed client portfolios
High Level of German (C1 and up)
High Level of English
1 year of previous experience in customer service
Interest in fashion brands
Expertise in the use of IT systems (windows packages)
Excellent listener and a strong communicator
Ability to work under pressure
A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs
Passionate and assiduous mindset
