So are you the one Arvato Bertelsmann recruitment team is currently looking for? We are looking for Gaming Expert Advisors for Ubisoft (m/f) for our location in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your challenge:

An exciting and challenging job in an innovative technical support environment. You are advising and guiding Ubisoft gamers competently and you must be solution-oriented with all theirs demands. After an intensive training, you will start handling customers’ requests via e-mail. Through your binding and friendly communication, you make a significant contribution to increasing customer satisfaction.


Your profile:

  • You like to use your good technical knowledge every day.

  • You can communicate at a native level in German (Deutsch).

  • You are fluent in English (C1)

  • You are passionate for the gaming industry and you are an active player

  • You have a strong service orientation and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tools.

  • You can explain the customer in a simple manner complicated topics.

  • You enjoy communicating with customers.

  • You are flexible and committed.
