Do you have fluent German language skills and are looking for a career role in the UK?

Our client is an international success story and operates their European Support Centre from St Neots, Cambridgeshire.   The centre supports all the main European countries and have recently undergone a significant increase in their German market.   They are looking for Fluent German Speakers, for both Voice and Non-Voice Customer Service Administrator roles.    These are NOT sales roles.   The Customer Service Administrator will speak exclusively with the German customers; take service calls; resolve customer queries from order, delivery and to payment; ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached either by phone or in writing.

Candidates must be able to relocate to the St Neots, Cambridgeshire area.  An excellent relocation package is offered when relocating from outside the area, along with support and assistance.
