German speaking Customer Support – Romania
A Customer Support job opportunity is now available with a well-established Online Gaming Company in Bucharest.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be able to work as a team, to think independently and to come up with creative solutions and ideas.
Job Purpose: Customer support (chat, email & phone) for Online and Mobile Gaming Platforms
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Being the point of contact between the company and its clients
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions
• Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Sales Activities for engaging new customers and for existing customers
Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluent in ENGLISH and GERMAN
• Excellent communication skills
• Persuasive skills and very good focus capacity
• Ability and desire in handling customers with care
• Information analysis & Multi-tasking skills
• Working in a computer orientated environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence and strong team player
