Primary Responsibilities

As a customer advisor on this project, you will be part of a creative, highly trained team of global specialists responsible for dealing with all our client providers (B2B relation), ensuring the highest levels of service.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Italian native speaker
  • Strong English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills and ability to pick up new technology quickly

 Preferential Skills

  • Customer support experience
