As a Customer Care Advisor your main responsibility is to ensure a high level of services provided to all customers via phone, chat and email in Norwegian/Danish/Swedish/Finnish language. The ideal candidate is problem-solver with strong listening, speaking and decision-making skills and is willing to work in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent level of Norwegian/Danish/Swedish/Finnish language & good command of English
• Highly motivated to provide outstanding support
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
• Previous working experience in customer support is considered as advantage
