Description of the offer
Initiate the process of Onboarding for our new Resellers and Customers
Support our resellers and customers, of the correct usage of the ADA solution with continuous traininig and webinars
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Support the Marketing team in the creation of campaigns.
Offer assistance with appropriate solutions within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communicational procedures, guidelines and policies
Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, desirable: experience in software company. Minimum experiencie: 6 month - 1 year
Knowledge about Mobile and Digital marketing.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Native German. Fluent English
Positive attitude and highly motivation
Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
