For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and
customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech,
high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Customer Support
Analyst with Norwegian (Relocation to Sofia/Bulgaria).
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, and phone communication;
*Respond to customer questions and resolve issues related to our products and services;
*Assist customers with troubleshooting and help them overcome technical difficulties;
*Follow up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction;
*Share customer feedback and improvement suggestions with the product and tech teams;
*Communicate in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner at all times.
Requirements:
*Proficiency in Norwegian and very good English skills
*Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or fintech company;
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail;
*Clear and effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex topics for customers;
*Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
