Customer Support for Monetization Purposes

Location: Lisbon, Portugal possibility to work from home in Lisbon.

Job Description: The Customer Support role involves providing assistance to customers via email or chat, resolving various issues related to monetization, policies, safety, copyright management, account and settings, and troubleshooting. The candidate must understand and keep up to date with the client's policies and guidelines. The role requires knowledge of BPO KPI's such as C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs, and a minimum of 12 months of experience in Customer Support within a contact center. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Salary: The base salary per year for this position is €14,000.00 with no call center experience, and €16,100.00 with 1+ year of experience. Additionally, a language bonus is added based on the candidate's language proficiency. The bonus is 5% of the yearly gross base salary, paid once a year, and dependent on the achievement of targets.

Working Hours: The working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break and smaller scheduled breaks with the team.

Training: A fully paid 6-8 weeks training is provided, including the nesting phase. The candidate will be required to sign a 2-month training agreement and a 1-year FTC with a 30-day probationary period.

Career Opportunities: After one year, the candidate can show interest in other positions such as Team Leader, Quality Analyst, or HR department. There is a platform to take courses in languages, marketing, and other countries.

YT Creators: The client prefers candidates with previous troubleshooting or technical support experience, but previous experience in Customer Support is acceptable.

Bureaucratic support to obtain the NIF and NISS, assistance in finding housing options, and a relocation bonus of €2000 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle for candidates relocating from abroad to Lisbon, or €1000 (gross) for candidates relocating from outside the metropolitan area of Lisbon to Lisbon.

Including over and above salary, private health insurance from Day 1 for the employee, spouse/legal partner, and children. The employee will also receive a life insurance plan. Additionally, the employee will receive 7,63€ per work day paid in a meal card (net amount).

There is also a WFH (work from home) allowance of 60€ per month. Furthermore, the company offers Portuguese classes to help the employee improve their language skills.
