Customer Support Representative (Slovenian)

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Work model: Hybrid remote

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support customers and field engineers in diagnosing issues through proficient troubleshooting and isolation techniques
  • Pinpoint the root cause of hardware/software malfunctions and delivers effective solutions
  • Address problems via phone, email, or on-site visits with dispatching of necessary parts and engineers as required
  • Collaborate with the Technical Account Management team to oversee and expedite issue resolution
  • Offer guidance and education to customers, drawing from experience and guideline documentation to ensure resolution of technical challenges
  • Contribute insights on recurring customer issues.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native/fluent in Slovenian both verbal and written. Business fluent in English
  • Proficient in Windows Operating Systems and MS Office products
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software across client products notebooks, desktops, tablets)
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing daily workload effectively
  • Exhibits a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience within IT Services and working with Field Service Providers will be considered as an advantage.
