For our client, one of the leading airline companies, we are looking for candidates that would like to join the international team as a Customer Support Specialist!
You would be responsible for:
- Providing customer support through the phone;
- Answering passengers' queries regarding e.g., rebooking, ticketing;
- Managing reservations and refunds;
- Supporting other departments in their activities;

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and Italian or other European language (min. B2/C1);
- Customer-oriented approach;
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in customer service or similar field;
