Customer Support with Polish & English (Work from office)

  • Answer incoming requests from clients and providing support to them by channels provided by the Bank in Polish language professionally. 
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support 
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve client´s issues and concerns 
  • Handling outgoing calls with clients about ad-hoc data information, feedback 
  • Closely cooperate with internal teams such as Back Office, IT or other departments to help customers with requirements 
  • Register and handle incoming complaints or requests 
  • Process product or customer data changes in internal banking systems 
  • Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Other administration activities
  • Advanced level of Polish(C1-C2) 
  • Minimum B2 level of English(writing, speaking) 
  • Availability for a full time schedule, 10:00-19:00, Monday – Friday 
  • Availability to work from office in Bucharest (AFI Park 3 building) 
  • Relocation package will be available for candidates from outside Bucharest 
  • Basic knowledge of professional customer communication 
  • Understanding of customer concerns 
  • Customer care experience is an advantage 
  • Banking experience is an advantage 
  • Experience with Office 365, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint
  •  Experience with using Jira software is a plus 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving attitude 
  • Team player 
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and teams 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
