- Handle all incoming contacts from customers
- Develop knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries
- Use adequate tools and processes to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Ensure the delivery of great client service and a positive experience for partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/Fluent in Czech & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written with strong communication skills
- EU Passport holder
- Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with tact
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
OFFER
- Salary: 1300e (x14 salaries)
- Bonus: Up to 300e per month
- Mon-Sun: 5 day shift rotation - 5 days per week
