  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers
  • Develop knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries
  • Use adequate tools and processes to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Ensure the delivery of great client service and a positive experience for partners
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native/Fluent in Czech & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written with strong communication skills
  • EU Passport holder
  • Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with tact
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
OFFER
  • Salary: 1300e (x14 salaries)
  • Bonus: Up to 300e per month
  • Mon-Sun: 5 day shift rotation - 5 days per week
