Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (onsite – Work From Office)
Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, chat, and email
- Assist with non-technical inquiries and troubleshooting for popular digital platforms
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
Digital Trust and Safety Specialist (Czech + English)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (onsite – Work From Office)
Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate online content and ads based on internal guidelines
- Identify and remove sensitive or inappropriate material
- Help ensure a safe and positive online experience for users
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent Czech or Slovak (C2)
- English (B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ready to work onsite in Sofia
