- Escalate contacts efficiently, where required, to minimise the impact on customers

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate/High school education
- Native Hungarian
- Upper-intermediate English, Czech or Slovak knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- High user level Computer Skills
- Experience of using MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
