Czech or Slovak Speaking Payroll Admin Associate

People Services is about providing the brilliant basic for our colleagues at TESCO throughout their entire career, from hire to retire.   • Ensure all administrative tasks connected with the People lifecycle are completed in line with legislation and internal guidelines.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure payroll activities are completed on time and payments are paid on time.
  • Create and deliver critical and complex process reports to Business and third parties.
  • Train and mentor new joiners in the team on process specifications.
  • Complete process validation according to the scheduled timelines, ensure any issues are fixed and then report output to Lead and Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
  • Minimum required - High school education
  • Core HR and Payroll system experience
  • MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Intermediate
  • Willingness to relocate to Hungary
