DESCRIPTION
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to subscriptions, accounts, payments and general inquiries
  • Provide solutions on the first contact and update the internal database
  • Build relationships for customer retention and represent the company positively

REQUIREMENTS
  • No prior experience necessary, but a natural flair for speaking with customers is a plus 
  • Danish (Fluent) and English (Fluent) language skills required 
  • Have good technical knowledge.
