DESCRIPTION
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to subscriptions, accounts, payments and general inquiries
- Provide solutions on the first contact and update the internal database
- Build relationships for customer retention and represent the company positively
REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience necessary, but a natural flair for speaking with customers is a plus
- Danish (Fluent) and English (Fluent) language skills required
- Have good technical knowledge.
