DESCRIPTION
Location:  Sliema, Malta (Hybrid option - mix of office and work from home)
Role: Danish speaking Customer Account Advisor
Salary: starting at approximately 258,200 DKK (€34,600)
Working Hrs:  40 Hours per week (5 days of 8 hrs)  rotational shifts Mon-Sun
Relocation package: flight reimbursement, 6 weeks accomodation on arrival plus €800 accommodation allowance (paid for 6 months) and €100 flight allowance (paid for 6 months).  

Join a leading international online gaming and betting company as a Customer Account Advisor in sunny Malta. You will become part of a European Customer Service team that supports customers worldwide, assisting them with various account-related queries.

This full-time role requires flexible working hours within a shift schedule covering five days out of seven, including public holidays and weekends, to align with the global sports calendar. The position is offered under a hybrid working model, allowing you to work both from home and from our modern office in Sliema, complete with stunning sea views and easy access to outdoor activities.

From day one, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you can provide an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via live chat and email
  • Assist with inquiries related to betting, payments, verification, and account management
  • Escalate and liaise with internal teams to resolve complex issues, including technical or payment-related queries
  • Ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent Danish (written and spoken) is essential
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to find effective solutions
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
