Danish speaking Customer Advisor

Location: work from home in Portugal

Role: Danish Customer Advisor for automotive brand

Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1,500 (paid 14 x per year) + Euro 80 gross p/m fixed language bonus and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 7am-7pm rotational

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Danish Customer Support Agents. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.

The Role

As a Danish Customer Support Agent you will be working for a matress company. You will receive incoming queries via phone, email and live chat in regards to various issues. Listening to clients needs, troubleshooting and first time resolution are important.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish and English
• Previous Customer Support experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and attention to details

Salary and benefits
