Customer Service Agent to Oslo or Stockholm

 

Description:

Our client currently operates customer service for a well known fast food chain. This is operated from our office at Oslo or Stockholm with Danish support agents.

 

Job tasks:

Respond to incoming inquiries via contact form (email) and social media (Messenger, Instagram). Registration and dispatch of vouchers and maintenance of FAQs on the website, as well as incidental work.

 

Formalities:

The opening hours of the customer center are 08-16, Monday to Friday. In a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week are required.

 

Other:

With us, it is important that you appear as a professional and help the customer in the best possible way. As the consultant represents big brand names in social media, it is important that you are committed and positive. As a consultant, you work in several systems at the same time, so it is important to be able to be focused despite the fact that a lot happens at the same time.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must:

 

• Always have a positive attitude towards work and want to help customers in the best possible way

• Be able to work independently

• Be able to keep a high pace

• Be able to hold many balls in the air at the same time

• Write and speak fluent Danish.

 

The candidate should:

 

• Be forward-looking and contribute positively to the work environment

• Have experience from customer service

• A perspective of a minimum of 12 months.

• Be able to refer to references that express
