Join our client's team as a Customer Support Advisor for the Mercedes project in Chania. You’ll assist customers with a variety of inquiries and enjoy a full relocation package with a free company-provided apartment. Work in a modern office and enjoy life on one of Greece’s most vibrant islands!

What will you do?
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Mercedes services
Assist with product information, account issues, and service coordination
Guide users through Mercedes digital platforms
Issue updates and follow up on ongoing requests
Resolve invoice and payment-related questions
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
Ensure a seamless customer journey
Candidate profile
Native or near-native level of Danish
Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
Customer service experience preferred
Strong soft skills and active listening abilities
Confident, empathetic, and positive communicator
Able to work in shifts, 24/7 availability required
Good multitasking and time-management skills
Comfortable with data entry and using software systems
