What will you do?

  • Provide technical support via phone for users of electronic devises
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Offer information about products and their functionalities
  • Log cases and maintain records in the internal system
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile

  • Fluent in Danish language at C1 level
  • Good command of English (B1/B2 level)
  • Basic understanding of household appliances and consumer electronics
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and fast typing skills
