About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Content Specialist for one of our innovative clients—a global leader in customer experience technologies. You’ll be at the heart of a team that ensures the digital world remains safe, engaging, and trustworthy for millions of users.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and review user-generated content for accuracy, quality, and compliance

Flag and remove content that breaches guidelines or poses risks

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies and workflows

Provide input to shape evolving content policies and best practices

Respond swiftly to urgent content escalations

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level or higher)

Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills

Emotional resilience and discretion when handling sensitive materials

Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including night shifts

Experience in content moderation or compliance is a strong advantage
