What you'll do

• Digital Marketing & Technical Support;
• Resolving technical issues;
• Troubleshooting of the advertising platform in a B2B environment;
• Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
• Use basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
• Understand clients business goals and support them through a chat system, providing solutions in a timely fashion;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

• Native level of spoken and written Italian (mandatory):
• Fluency in English, written and spoken (C1);
• Experience in Digital Marketing (required);
• Technical background (education and/or work experience);
• Professional communication skills for Digital Marketing & Technical Support;
• Analytic mindset.
