DESCRIPTION
- Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due dilligence
- Drive the overall digital transformation roadmap for Central Europe
- Perform opportunity assessments, build automation roadmap for the Hub enabling the wider CE transformation plan and objectives, in close collaboration with Business & CE Technology leaders
- Conduct feasibility assessment for the identified automation opportunities such as: RPA, Power Automate, VBA, Python, SharePoint, OCR solutions and etc
- Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level
- Project manage end-to-end automation programmes, providing frequent updates to stakeholders
- Support Automation Development phases such as: Solution Design, UAT & Deployment
- Act as a "Digital Coach", build and develop in-house digital capabilities through the Digital Drive and Citizen Developer Programmes
- Bring outside-in view around key emerging technology, automation trends and best practices
- Work with vendor partners, start-ups to know solution offerings and plan how that can be leveraged for Tesco
- Understand the Continuous Improvement principles at Tesco and work in accordance with the same
REQUIREMENTS
- College/ University degree
- 5- 6 years experience in relevant field
- Advanced English knowledge
- Experience working with RPA Tools such as Automation Anywhere & etc.
- Experience in workflow based solutions like Power Automate, SharePoint & etc.
- Experience in Project & Change Mgmt
- Strong Analytical skills, Logical mindset
- Solution design / problem solving mindset
- Design Thinking approach
- International Stakeholder management at all level
- Ability to lead, influence and deliver results
