Dutch Content Moderator in Lisbon

Calling all Dutch Language Enthusiasts! 

Are you a native Dutch speaker with a passion for digital content? We're on the lookout for a talented Content Reviewer to join our team in the sunny and vibrant city of Lisbon! 

Your Responsabilities: 

• You will be responsible for the review, classification and elimination of content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels. 
• You need to understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines. 
• You will investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team. 
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work. 
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role. 
• Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe.           

Your abilities: 

• Dutch fluent + English (mandatory). 
• Completed Compulsory Education (Minimum required) 
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. 
• Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture. 
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team and to work differing rotations/shifts. 

• Base salary: 1000€ 
• Meal Allowance: 7,40€ (per day in a meal card)
• Language Bonus: 450€ (per month)

• Contract directly with the client. 
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8H to 19H - 8H per day)
