DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. You'll help resolve customer inquiries, ensure a positive customer experience, and represent a globally recognized brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Your responsibilities
  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Document customer interactions and follow company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
  • Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
