Dutch-speaking Advisor for the Customer Delight Team (Lisbon)

Your Responsibilities

  • Process inquiries from new and existing users (small and medium-sized companies) by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Offer independent and proactive customer solutions.
  • Advise, train, and support the customer before and after the purchase of services.
  • Solve technical problems and answer questions about services and products.
REQUIREMENTS

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (B2).
  • You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
  • You have an interest and passion for Social Media.
