• A Monthly Gross Salary of €1.850,00
• A Monthly Meal Allowance of up to €167,00 - €7,63/Daily
• An Extra €950,00 Gross twice a year on top of the normal salary (Summer - Winter)
• Full-time contract (40 hours a week / 8 hours per day / 2 days off) Monday-Sunday

There is a full relocation package for those who are coming from outside of Portugal. This includes a flight paid for and 1 month in a hotel. You will also be picked up from the airport by Fransisco who will support you in your first few days in Porto and help you navigate the housing market. 

What will I be doing?

• You will work within this Global social media platform to assess different types of content
• You will review, images, music, ads, and video all within the VR gaming platform environment.
• There is a great group of people from across Europe working on this campaign and you will absolutely make some great friends during your time there. 
• Progression is also very much possible, the team leaders and operations manager are all from agent-level positions within Concentrix.  
• No experience is necessary as you will receive 3 weeks of fully paid award-winning training to make sure your career gets off to the best possible start.

The office is based at Porto Office Park, right next to the Francos rail station for easy access in and out of Porto. 

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• Dutch C1 level
• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
• To be passionate about customer service
• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email, and web chat
