Responsibilities
Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions.
Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment.
REQUIREMENTS
C2 level of Dutch and advanced English.
Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive.
Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher).
OFFER
38,5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
Shifts: Morning (08:00-16:00) or Afternoon (16:00-00:00).
