Now, we are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for our Odido project at Transcom in Malaga to start on 08/09/2025 who love helping others and deeply care about providing excellent customer service. What’s in it for YOU!
- Salary: €2,040 gross/month (full-time)
- Bonus: Up to 15% of the monthly salary
- Contract: Permanent, with a 2-month probation period
- Hours: 39 hours per week
- Training: 2 weeks of training, 1 week of supported calls, plus 1 extra training week

Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative!
As a customer service agent for Odido Service & Tech, you’ll answer questions about mobile, internet, and TV, such as:
- Mobile services: How do I install my SIM card? How do I get internet on my phone?
- Home services: My internet is slow, what now? How do I set up my TV box?
You’ll assist customers with their queries, but sales is also an essential part of your role. With your commercial mindset, you’ll know exactly when cross- or upselling adds value — both for the customer and for results.
What we’re looking for
- Language skills: Dutch (C2) and English (C1)
- Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat–Sun 09:00–17:30
- Availability:
- Available 5 days/week, Monday morning required
- 3 evenings/week until 20:00 (Friday evening mandatory)
- 2 weekends/month (Sat/Sun)
- Flexible to work more/less hours depending on workload (this does not affect salary/contract hours)
- Service-oriented: Excellent communication skills and customer-friendly
- Technical affinity: Strong interest in technology and solid computer skills
- Sales skills: Commercial mindset and ability to seize sales opportunities
- Problem-solving: Proactive and efficient in helping customers
