The Role

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch speaking users via various channels as chat, email or inbound phone calls about different concerns 
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Represent well the brand in all client interaction

• Fluency in Dutch and intermediate English
• Experience in customer support
• Great communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
