What will you do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, fostering enduring relationships through regular communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and empathetically, ensuring their needs are met with utmost satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively showcase their value to our customer base.
- Drive revenue generation and optimize sales opportunities within assigned customer accounts
- Provide regular reports on customer data and analytics to enhance overall satisfaction and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch is required. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen emphasis on empathy and understanding.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Proactive approach to customer outreach and engagement, coupled with a service- oriented mindset.
