What will you do?

• Troubleshoot first level technical issues for a famous search engine
• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries via phone/email/chat/social media channels
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented

• native dutch speaker
• fluent english C1 level
• European passport
• Ready to move to Lisbon in March/April
