Your work:
As an English Customer Service Representative, you will:
Answer incoming calls from U.S.-based customers of the largest home improvement retailer in the United States
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods
Assist customers with their inquiries, issues, or product questions in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
Occasionally upsell products or services to existing customers
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
English fluency at C1 level
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working overnight shifts (14:00–07:00 EET/EEST)
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional, positive, and eager-to-learn attitude
Willingness to work onsite in Athens (no remote option)
Eu passport - No VISA sponsorship
OFFER
Offer:
Gross salary of €1,200/month
25% higher hourly pay for night shifts (22:00–06:00) according to Greek employment law
25 days annual leave per year
