Through inbound written channels, helping the customers about following topics;
- Responding to questions about products such as their features, equivalents or stock status
- Making address change, product change/return or order cancellation processes
- Providing information about delivery status
REQUIREMENTS
- Residency in İstanbul
- Advanced level in written and spoken English
- Available to work in night shift system
- Strong communication skills
- Being a good team player
