Functional responsibilities:

-Support of the educational and upbringing process:

-Participation in the formation of the child's personality, assistance in understanding motives, meaning and internal resources;

-Navigation in the educational space, creating conditions for individualization of the educational trajectory.

-Creating a psychologically comfortable, friendly atmosphere in the classroom, conducting coaching meetings with children.

-Developing and conducting group lessons twice a week. Conducting daily morning circles;

-Compliance with the regime moments, planning your own and the class's working day;

-Accompanying children to lunches and outings (excursions, workshops, group trips);

-Organizing and conducting events, volunteer and social projects.

-Interaction with all participants of the educational process (parents, teachers, psychologists, administration) to create the necessary educational environment for the child;
