Enterprise Analytics Business Partner

• Owning a thorough understanding of business operations and processes to identify key business issues
• Maintaining and augmenting a methodological skillset to support analytical requirements of the business in delivering answers to relevant business questions.
• Constructively challenging and recommending changes to business strategy underpinned by sound analytical expertise
• Helping to define performance KPIs and ensuring that the business understands and delivers against them
• Connecting with and interpreting between all stakeholders (business and delivery teams), advocating the SPOC initiative, assertively negotiating analytical project frameworks, responsibilities and timelines.
• Delivering value added analysis and insights to key stakeholders to support tactical and stategic decisions: reflecting on both 'why' and 'how' business questions.
• Interpreting and consulting through key analytical findings, enabling data driven strategic decisions (providing decision support to close performance gaps).

• University education
• Advanced English and Czech or Slovak language
• 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in account/ senior stakeholder management in relevant business areas (retail, CPG or Services)
• Experience in driving strategic priorities in large complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of business decisions, strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
• Expert skills in analyzing and interpreting datasets, with the focus on detected patterns and evolving storylines.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Hungary
