What you’ll be doing:

Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage

Handle technical questions and respond to emails and calls quickly and clearly

Manage orders, returns, and exchanges, always keeping the customer informed

Recommend tailored product solutions based on user needs

Stay informed on product updates and tech trends

Collect and share customer feedback to help improve services

What you bring to the team:

Fluency in German and English (C1 level)

Tech curiosity and the ability to explain things simply

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Previous experience in handling orders, exchanges, or support is a plus

Detail-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure

Customer-first attitude and a willingness to grow

Full-time, permanent contract (40h/week), day shifts between 07:00 – 20:00
