Fashion Consultant (German-speaking) - Remote - PM01

- Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client

- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA

- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

- Escalate potential service issues

- To follow all the processes and procedures of the project

- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams

- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

- Are bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced English

- Are goal and customer service oriented

- Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment

- Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.

- 39 hours/week: Rotative Monday - Saturday 08h - 17h or Rotative Monday - Saturday 11h - 20h 

- Salary 20.623 euros gross/year + up to 2.440 euros gross/year in bonus 

- Remote from Spain
