Finnish speaking Customer Support Agent to Stockholm

Our Finnish Personal Loans team works closely together, supporting each other to achieve set goals both at the team and individual levels.

Responsibilities:

As a customer advisor, you will work primarily on the phone, handling incoming and outgoing calls with our existing customers in the best possible way. You will assist our customers with billing information, loan applications, obtaining additional loans, viewing the status of loan applications, managing insurance in dialogue with the customer, and much more.

The role involves some administrative and chat contact, but it is mainly phone-based, so we are looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers and sees every call as an opportunity to help! To succeed as a customer advisor, we believe you should have an interest in sales and enjoy working towards set goals.

The candidate we are looking for has:

• Fluent skills in Swedish, Finnish and English.
• Experience working in the service industry, such as in stores, restaurants, travel agencies, customer service, sales, or similar - we will teach you the rest!
• An interest in helping customers with service tasks along with individual sales goals
