We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Talent Hunter for an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing recruitment agency. We are based in Oslo, Norway, and are open for relocators!

As a Talent Hunter, you will be working with the following tasks, which include but are not limited to:

• Holding responsibility for your own recruitment projects with existing customers
• Working primarily with Finnish speakers but also with other languages
• Using your creativity to create eye-catching and informative job adverts
• Being active on the phone and headhunt proactively to source candidates using various portals and tools
• Taking full advantage of social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates
• Screening applications and interviewing candidates via telephone and video
• Creating candidate presentations and following up the process with the clients
• Matchmaking and building stronger relationships with candidates and clients
• Continuously working with time-management skills to create your own structure and success
• Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets

• Are a fluent speaker of Finnish and English – additional languages are beneficial
