Finnish speaking Technical Support Advisor

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

Role: Finnish speaking Technical Support Advisor

Salary: basic 1350 euro net p/m plus 200 euro p/m potential performance bonus - you do not pay income tax but you will pay around 11% on social services (which includes healthcare), therefore net monthly salary around 1200 euro p/m

Working hrs: 40 hrs rotational  between Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekends,

Relocation: when relocating from outside of Cyprus, there will be a relocation package offered - you can choose between two options:

Option 1: Book your own flight and arrange your own accommodation – receive €1000 from the company

Option 2: Book your own flight (up to €300 refund for the flight cost) and stay in company accommodations for up to two months. First month “for free”, the second month for a cost of €100.

Besides this there is relocation assistance with all administration and assist with finding long-term accommodation.

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently have 70 offices in over 23 countries. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful port city on the south coast of Cyprus in Larnaca, they are looking to recruit Finnish speaking customer advisor to join their international team. In this role you will be supporting a home appliance company.

The Role

As a Finnish Technical Support Advisor you will be working just a short stroll from the beach! You will be the first point of contact via email and phone for customers in Finland who experience technical issues with their home appliances. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.

• Fluent Finnish and English
• Previous Customer service experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

Salary and benefits
