What You Will Do:
- Provide Finnish-speaking customer support to clients via phone, chat, and email
- Ensure a positive brand image in every interaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve a variety of issues with a positive attitude
- Investigate and troubleshoot errors and issues
- Occasionally perform upselling to offer additional services/products to customers
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Finnish and strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Passion for customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate abroad
