Finnish-speaking Technical Support Agent to Cyprus

As a customer service representative, your task is to ensure that every customer feels satisfied after talking with you. You will serve Finnish-speaking customers of a well-known technology company and communicate with them via phone, email, and chat. You will also work towards clear goals and guide customers to the right solutions. The customer service hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 19:00 and weekends from 9:00 to 14:00, so shifts include day, evening, and weekend shifts. The job starts with paid training, during which you will learn to use the tools needed to assist customers with their questions and problems.

Daily tasks include, among others:

• Answering customer calls.
• Providing high-quality customer service.
• Managing customer-related issues.
• Striving to achieve daily customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality metrics (KPIs).
   

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for someone who is social, ambitious, and motivated to help customers. You are interested in technology, gaming, or have possibly built your own computer. You also enjoy a fast work pace and work environments where there is a strong team spirit among all employees!

We highly emphasize personal suitability for the role. Our only requirements are that you have completed high school, your native language is Finnish, you can speak English, and you have a clean criminal record.
